DeiseHost has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to illegal activities on services provided. Websites found to be in violation, whether directly or indirectly, of the Terms as set out hereunder will be suspended or removed from our Network with or without prior notification or refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, anyone hosting websites or services on our Network that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their services immediately removed from our network. Your account will not be reactivated until such time that you agree to remove ANY and ALL traces of the offending material immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access your account to confirm that all material has been COMPLETELY removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from our network without notice to the customer. Any account guilty of a second violation WILL be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice or refund.

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS:

Use of DeiseHost service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of DeiseHost or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending account is subject to immediate termination and/or a heavy financial penalty.

DeiseHost reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion and cannot be held responsible for the usage of our clients accounts. DeiseHost reserves the right to change any part of our Terms of Service without prior notice. DeiseHost reserve the right to suspend or remove credit if your account becomes suspended or terminated for breaching these Terms of Service.

IRC:

IRC services, private and public, are absolutely forbidden on all parts of our network, anyone found running IRC services will be terminated instantly without notice or refund.

CONTENT:

The use of services provided by DeiseHost must be for legal purposes only. The following is strictly forbidden on any services provided on our Network:

• Hacks
• Cracks
• Warez
• IRC
• Proxies
• Child Pornography
• Copyrighted Materials (unless written authorization is provided)
• HyIP
  

Accounts found to contain, promote, condone or link to such materials will be suspended or permenently removed from our Network with or without prior notification or refund.

E-MAIL USAGE:

The use of our mail servers are for legal purposes only. Accounts found to use our mail servers for unsolicited or spamming purposes, or for the purpose of obtaining personal information (Phishing) will be removed from our Network without notification or refund.

The modification of e-mail headers for the purpose of hiding identity is strictly forbidden. However, alias or knick-names are not defined as violations in this respect.

WEBSITE DESIGN:

Website designs are carried out in a section by section process. This means that the client is notified regularly during the design process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Payment for website design services are paid in two sections. First payment of 50% must be paid prior to commencement of work. The final payment must be made immediately once work is completed to client satisfaction. 

DeiseHost is not responsible for the content submitted by clients for websites designed. However, DeiseHost reserves the right to refuse design services and/or terminate design services agreements at any time where it is found that the intended use of such websites are for seriously illegal purposes. DeiseHost also reserves the right to notify authorities when and if it is deemed necessary to do so. 

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

DeiseHost provides a full 30 day return and refund policy, but we will only refund a service if we are to fault with it, for example, it was not as advertised or the uptime falls below 99%. Refunds must be claimed by submitting a support ticket to our helpdesk.

30-Day refund policy does not include website design services. 

EXTERNAL RSYNC BACKUPS:

Our backup systems are located off our own network, therefore, you will be able to view your date if the worst does happen and your site or sites go down due to hacking or for some reason, our network is down. We provide jailed SSH access to our servers, but limit you from being able to run any commands other than file moving, copying and editing commands.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Information provided to us in terms of domains, hostnames, client names, client address and any other information you submit to us, will not be visable to anyone outside of the CompleteWebWorks Network and DeiseHost management team, and will not be sold or shared to anyone outside of that group unless forced to do so by way of High Court Notice or Warrent.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

DeiseHost reserves the right to alter these Terms without any notification.
